 Applications

Desktop Apps (for Windows and Mac) can be downloaded from the “Calculators and Apps” sections in the links above; the calculators can also be accessed online.
The Apps offer two options: to evaluate data from one child at the time (“Enter data manually”) or analyse data for a list of infants (“Upload data”). If using the latter option, the results can be exported and used by any statistical software.

INTERPRACTICE-21st Data collection forms
The INTERPRACTICE-21st Pregnancy and Delivery form is a standardised data collection form that should be completed for the preterms babies at hospital discharge.

This Infant Follow-up form should be completed once a week until hospital discharge (completion of this form is optional).
